NDF Special Light Products BV (hereinafter: NDF) attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data.

In this Privacy Policy, we want to provide clear and transparent information about how we handle personal data. We do our best to protect your privacy and therefore treat personal data with care. NDF complies with applicable laws and regulations in all cases, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

As NDF, we are responsible for the processing of your personal data. If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or, more generally, if you wish to contact us, you can do so via the contact details at the bottom of this document.
Collection and use of personal data from customers, suppliers and other contractors We would like to point out that we will collect and use the personal data you provide to us because it is necessary to conclude and execute any agreement with you. This applies to both our (potential) customers and the parties with whom we purchase goods and/or services.

If you are a (potential) customer of ours, we will use your data to be able to send you a quote, to determine the specifications or requirements a particular product or service must meet, to be able to deliver goods or perform work for you, to invoice you, and to communicate with you smoothly and efficiently about the implementation aspects of the agreement.

If you are a (potential) supplier or other contractor, your personal data is also necessary for the conclusion and execution of the agreement. In the case of purchasing, this is necessary to let you know which specifications or requirements a particular item or service must meet; to send you an offer request or place an order with you; to pay your invoices; and to communicate with you smoothly and efficiently about other aspects of the agreement.

You are not required to provide us with your personal data. However, if you do not provide us with any or insufficient personal data, it is possible that we will not be able to carry out the aforementioned activities.
We also use cookies on our website. These are small programs that help us, among other things:

We use Google Analytics to track how visitors use our website. We use this knowledge to optimize our website for our visitors. We have entered into a processor agreement with Google to make arrangements regarding the handling of our data. Furthermore, we have not allowed Google to use the Analytics information obtained.

Transfer to third parties

In connection with the execution of any agreement with you, we may be required to provide your personal data to parties that supply us with parts, materials, and products or perform work on our behalf. Furthermore, we use external server space for the storage of (parts of) our sales and purchasing administration, where your personal data forms part of it. For that reason, we provide your personal data to our server space provider. Furthermore, we use Microsoft Office 365 and the corresponding storage capabilities for emails and other files. Because we use a newsletter mailing service, your personal data is ultimately passed on to the provider of this service. You must register yourself for the newsletter yourself. Every time we send you a promotional email, you have the option to let us know that you no longer wish to receive it. See the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email for more information.

If you are a one-time customer with us, we will only send you advertising messages if you have given us your prior consent to this.
